We had a great stay! Steven and the hosts were responsive, kind, and very helpful. The backyard was beautiful and we were happy to find a place that was fully private (no shared living area and private bathroom) since we had to be in an out at odd hours. The price was great for a fully private place. Checkin and checkout was very clear and simple. We would definitely stay again!

Steven was very responsive. The room was clean and spotless — just like the photos! We had a late check-in due to a late flight and had to get to the house late. However, it was super easy to get in to and make ourselves at home.

Although there are many rooms at this location, you still have privacy within your room and you hardly see other roommates around. There’s a public chat room where roommates get to know one another but unfortunately, I was only there for two days so I didn’t have the luxury of getting to know anybody. Overall, Steven’s place was legit.

Steven’s a great guy and host . Id recommend staying here . For the price the house is beautiful and you feel safe in that neighborhood . I’d stay there again if I’m ever in Mesa again

This was an absolutely delightful place to stay. The host was very communicative and let me know that that the smart lock could be tricky and provided information on using smart locks. The house was quiet. Plenty of towels were provided for my stay. The amenities described were accurate. The vibe of the house was great. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and hope to stay here in the future again.

This was a great stay. The place was super clean, and check-in was quick and easy. I stayed in the one-bedroom with a private bath, which was perfect, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. The neighborhood was quiet, and the location was truly invaluable for me, as it’s very close to Falcon Field, making everything incredibly convenient. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was exactly as described and even exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. A really nice surprise was having a fridge in the room, which was incredibly useful given the warm temperatures. This was my first time using Airbnb and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Steven was a great host, friendly, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The place was super clean!! Easy to find easy and to get inside and it is bigger than it looks in the pictures, I absolutely recommend staying here, even tho it’s a shared space it was totally private.

We enjoyed our stay with Steve. He communicated in a timely manner and check in and out went very well. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. We had access to the pool which we enjoyed one morning with coffee. Susie, the home owner was very helpful with recommendations of the surrounding area. She suggested Vito's, an Italian restaurant, that we thought was a perfect dinner choice. There was a nice surprise of water in the refrigerator. We would stay there the next time we visit the Mesa area.
