A private room in our spacious Mesa home with only the owners living in the main house. Enjoy privacy with your own lockable bedroom, complete with a comfortable queen bed, workspace, ample closet space, and a private bathroom. Unwind outside by enjoying our backyard & pool area. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, our professionally cleaned home offers a comfortable base for your Arizona adventure.

Good to know

The house is located on a half an acre with plenty of outdoor amenities, including a garden, pool area, large patio, fire pit & plenty of grass. The main house is only available upon request for using the laundry room when guests are staying longer the 2 week. There can be a lot of activity at the house since we also run a pool service business here and have different people coming & going during the day. At night and weekends the house is a peaceful escape to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather!

Other Details to Note

The host at times does watch animals at the house. Don't be surprised if you see a dog or two running around in the backyard. If there is any concern regarding this, please do not hesitate to let us know! If the booking is 28 days or longer, the host will require guest to sign the following rental agreement. Below are the terms outlined. Failure to sign the rental agreement will cause the booking to be cancelled. RENTAL AGREEMENT This Lease is entered into on the date hereof, by and between %host_name% (“Owner”) and %guest_full_name% (“Renter”) for the property located in %listing_city% and listed as %listing_name% (“Property”). TERM: The term of the Lease shall begin on the arrival date of %check_in% and end on the departure date of %check_out% for %nights%. The property will be ready for occupancy no earlier than %check_in_hour% on the arrival date and must be vacated no later than %check_out_hour% on the departure date. The term of the Lease may be reduced or extended upon mutual consent, following payment of any additional fees agreed between the parties, and confirmed in writing by the Owner. RENT: The total rent is %total% or agreement amount on booking platform payable at the time of booking. LIMITED OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified on the booking: %guests%. If the Owner concludes that this policy has been breached, the Owner reserves the right to expel the entire party with no refund. NON-DISTURBANCE CLAUSE: Renter and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks), or create inconvenience for neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes. You agree to keep outside noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. You and all other guests agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. CARE OF PREMISES/DAMAGES: NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN HOUSE. Automatic eviction plus forfeit of any deposit and rent if violated. Renter agrees to pay the Owner for any damages to furnishings, household items, or pool that occur as a result of Renter’s occupancy. This will include payment of any additional cleaning charges incurred due to Renter’s occupancy. To prevent theft of, or damage to, the Renter's personal property and that of the Property, Renter agrees to close and lock doors and windows when not present at the Property, including upon check-out. OWNERS RIGHTS: Renter agrees that if the conditions and limitations set forth herein are not met, Owner shall have the right to cancel this agreement and may enter the Property, either by statutory proceedings or by force, to inspect the Property and ensure that Renter has vacated the Property. All monies paid by Renter shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. INDEMNITY CLAUSE: Renter hereby agrees to Indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any and all claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to Renter’s use of Property or the items of personal property provided therein. Renter assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities, including the use of any swimming pool on the Property, and will hold Owner harmless with respect thereto. NO SUBLETTING: Renter may not sublet or assign this Lease for all or any part of the premises without the prior written consent of the Owner. NO PERMANENT RESIDENCE: Renter's use of the Property is on a temporary, short-term, and transient basis only. The Property is not, and will not be, the Renter's, or any guest's, permanent residence. REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE: The Property is rented with the Owner’s furniture and household furnishings. The owner shall not be responsible for providing additional furnishings or equipment not presently available in the Property. Renter will report any maintenance issues immediately to the Owner. The Owner will make every effort to repair and/or replace any equipment that is not working properly but cannot guarantee that all equipment is in good operating order at all times and no rate adjustments or refund will be made for equipment or appliance failures. CANCELLATIONS: Renter may cancel at any time. The Owner will return any refundable amount, if applicable, according to the reservation's cancellation policy. By signing this Lease, you acknowledge that you will comply with the terms of this agreement, and each party assumes the responsibility for the obligations set forth herein. Renter acknowledges receipt of the House Rules. Renter acknowledges that they have read, accept, and agree to the terms set forth.

House rules

House Rules TRASH Do not overload the trash cans, if they are full, please take the trash out. BATHROOM It is essential to keep this space clean and free of clutter. Please clean up after yourself. Toilet paper and shampoo (Blue bottle) are provided. Additional towels may be requested. You may store items in the bathroom, in a drawer or in your room. Other Guidelines INTERNET Internet is free to use. Please ensure the internet is used appropriately, any illegal activity that is reported by the internet provider to the host will result in immediate dismissal from the premise. The internet is not monitored by the host, however the ISP (Internet Service Provider) does monitor for illegal activity. STORAGE Personal items are to be stored in your room. No additional storage is allowed anywhere else in the house or backyard. If the provided space is not enough for your things, you will need to keep excess in your vehicle or somewhere else outside the home. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. During these times, socializing and TV viewing may still occur, but the expectation is that volume will be considerably lower. Please be mindful to turn off bedroom & bathroom lights when you leave. PARKING Parking is available on the street. Please try not to block other cars in the driveway. If needed, you can also park on the driveway but ensure there is enough room for people to leave. Please ask to borrow items before using them and return those items in a timely manner. Keep personal, private activities to the bathroom or bedroom and not in community areas. Please refrain from intimate propositioning residents to keep balance of comfort in the atmosphere for all. If a guest has trouble with the expectations above, action is as follows: 1st offense= conversation with host. 2nd offense= documentation with Airbnb (you will be aware of this documentation). 3rd offense= documentation with Airbnb, Official dismissal warning. In the event Airbnb cancels the reservation for any unforeseen circumstance, the guest must vacate the property immediately. If the guest does not vacate the property, the host has the right to charge a $50 dollars a day every day after not vacating and additional legal action may be pursued. ABSOLUTE BOUNDARIES The following will NOT be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate dismissal without refund: >ILLEGAL DRUG possession or use anywhere on the premises. (Premises include the backyard and the front lawn extending to the property line at the street.). >SMOKING, vaping, or e-cigs inside the house. (Smoking is permitted outside on the steps, cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly in trash outside and not on the ground). >SEXUAL CONDUCT or advances towards another guest or resident. >DISCRIMINATION based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion. We maintain a tolerant and open atmosphere of all walks of life. This includes snide remarks or hate speech. >PHYSICAL VIOLENCE of any kind. Guns are not allowed on the property. >SHARING OF THE ACCESS CODE to the house. The access code is for you and you alone and cannot be shared. Guests are not allowed without prior approval from the Host/Manager and they are not to be given the code to the home. If you have a guest over without Manager approval, this is grounds for immediate dismissal.

Guest access

Guests will have access to their own private bedroom & bathroom with a private entrance from the backyard. The guests will also have access to the backyard including the patio area, garden & pool area. Guests will only be permitted access into the main house upon request and for guests staying longer than 2 week. Access to the main house is only for laundry. Guests will also not be permitted in the pool house or gated side yard unless granted by the host or hosts family.

Perfect! I couldn’t describe it more. But just a PERFECT place. Super clean, super organized, and high quality of bedding, TV, air conditioning and everything! Love it and recommend it to everyone!

Loved staying here on Nora! The bed was so comfortable, it was easy to come in and out, and the yard was just gorgeous. There was a fridge stocked with water, a full coffee setup, and the bathroom came with freshly washed and rolled towels. The hosts were also incredibly kind, helped me with the lock, and later jumped my car when I had an unexpected dead battery on the way out. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Mesa, AZ area — one of my favorite stays to date!
