The place was really clean and exactly like the pictures. The host was super responsive and gave clear instructions, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Every detail was covered and I think that’s my favorite thing about Steven’s place. The home was really, really beautiful and clean. The other guests were really friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and then when in our own spaces, the home was so quiet. Definitely saving this listing!

Im a travel photographer and didn't need much space this place provided exactly what i need i was there was other folk but didn't hear nothing from no one at all i would highly recommend anyone to stay at this unit

Our host Steven was awesome! He communicated thoroughly throughout our trip, ensuring that we felt right at home. The house was free of clutter and clean! The laundry room is nice and person who actually stays there is friendly plus he takes care of the house. However, I would recommend bringing your own soap to shower with (since the one in the shower wasn’t refilled). Other than that, it’s a great location in a quiet neighborhood and also the price is worth it.😊

Aside from reading a somewhat long list of rules that should otherwise be common sense, I have no complaints. The room was very nice and clean. Other guests who stayed were quiet. The shower was small but perfect for what I needed it for. The bed was comfy, pillows were soft. I didn’t use most of what was advertised as I just needed a place to crash for 2 nights. But I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re by yourself and have business in the area.

Steve is proactive making sure you’re doing ok and if anything was needed during the stay. Very easy place to find within minutes from Tempe downtown. Pricing was very reasonable for New Years and the security door keypad confused me. Once you figure it out it’s easy and ran into some people who were staying as well. I would come back in the future! :)

I would definitely stay here again! It was a great price and exactly what I needed for my trip. Everything was clean and exactly as the pictures showed. I was nervous about staying in a shared house but everything was set up very well and organized and I hardly ever saw the other guests.

It was my first time coming down there and I loved this Airbnb! It was nice , quiet and very beautiful house as well . The host was one of the best hosts ever . Thank you allowing me to stay there and I definitely will be booking again if I come back down there again . If you’re ever headed down there go ahead and book this place! Great communication from the host as well . 10/10 !! Thank you once again .
