✅ General Rules - No parties or events - No smoking or vaping indoors (okay outside — dispose of butts properly) - No pets allowed - No illegal substances permitted - No unregistered guests allowed - Please don’t rearrange the furniture - Respect check-in (3 PM) and check-out (10 AM) - Late checkout available until 12 PM for $50 with 24 hours’ notice 🍽 Kitchen & Dining - All cookware, dishes, and utensils are provided - Please clean up after use and run the dishwasher before checkout - Do not wipe down the glass stovetop while hot — it may crack - Remove any leftover food upon departure - Avoid overloading trash cans — take it out if full 🛋 Living Areas & Bedrooms - Please do not eat or drink in bedrooms - No shoes on furniture - Return used dishes from other rooms to the kitchen - Smart TVs provided in every room — log in with your own streaming accounts - Workspaces and desks are available in each bedroom 🛁 Bathrooms & Laundry - Toiletries, towels, shampoo (blue bottle), and detergent pods are provided - Please keep bathrooms tidy and free of clutter - There is a washer & dryer both upstairs and downstairs — free to use 🏊‍♂️ Pool & Outdoor Space - Backyard is private and fully fenced - Pool is not heated - Pool toys, noodles, and floaties are provided - BBQ grill and outdoor seating are available - No glass near the pool — for safety 🚗 Parking & Entry - Garage is not available — street parking only - Do not block driveways or mailboxes - Entry via Lockly smart lock — access code sent at 10 AM on check-in day 🔒 Safety & Boundaries - Security camera is located at the front door (exterior only) - Sharing your access code is strictly prohibited - Firearms are not allowed on the property - Any form of violence, discrimination, sexual misconduct, or harassment will result in immediate removal without refund

Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay, including all six bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and both laundry rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). The backyard is fully private and includes a pool, BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and pool toys like noodles and floaties — all available for your use and enjoyment. The only areas not accessible to guests are the garage and a small locked storage closet under the stairs used for cleaning supplies and maintenance items. Guests should park on the street, as the garage is not available for use. Access to the home is provided through a Lockly Smartlock. Your personalized code will be sent to you at 10:00 AM on the day of your check-in for added security and convenience. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. If you'd like a late checkout, we offer a noon checkout for a $50 fee — just be sure to request it at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate it. For added peace of mind, a security camera is located at the front of the house near the entrance. There are no cameras inside or in private outdoor areas. We want you to feel completely at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer!
