The following guidelines are meant to make co-living in this home run smoothly. Respecting the guidelines is necessary for the well-being of all guests and residents. 🍳Kitchen Guidelines - Cookware, dishes, and utensils are provided, please wash and dry what you use immediately. - Keep counters and appliances clean; never wipe the glass-top stove while it’s hot. - Each room has labeled fridge and pantry space. Use only your assigned shelves and your own food. - You’re welcome to use any shared spices. Remove or give away food upon checkout. - Take out the trash when bins are full, don’t overload them. 🛋️ Common Areas Dining & Living Rooms - Clean up after using shared spaces. - No shoes on the couch. - Dishes must be returned and washed promptly if used in rooms. Bathrooms - Keep bathrooms tidy and free of clutter. - Toilet paper and shampoo (blue bottle) provided; extra towels available on request. - Store personal items neatly in a drawer or your room. Laundry - Free to use, bring your own detergent. - If laundry is left unattended, it may be moved to the dryer or folded area. 🌐 Internet & Storage - Free Wi-Fi, login info is on the a sign in the living room. - Illegal online activity will result in immediate removal by Airbnb and the host. - Store personal items in your room only, no extra storage in shared areas. 🔇 Quiet Hours (10 PM – 8 AM) - Keep noise low and respect requests to turn it down. Lights in common areas are on timers; please turn off others when not in use. 🚗 Parking - Free street parking available; driveway spots are first come. Do not block other cars or the mailbox. 🤝 Co-Living Etiquette - Treat others with privacy, respect, and cleanliness. - Ask before borrowing items. - Keep personal or intimate activity in private areas only. - This is a professional shared home, harassment or propositioning others is prohibited. ⚠️ Absolute Boundaries (Zero Tolerance) - Immediate removal without refund for: - Illegal drug use or possession anywhere on the property - Smoking/vaping indoors (permitted only outdoors; dispose of butts properly) - Sexual conduct or advances toward any guest or resident - Discrimination or hate speech of any kind - Physical violence or weapons on the property - Sharing or giving out the house access code - Unapproved guests, no visitors without prior host approval These boundaries protect everyone’s safety and well-being. Reports of violations may result in immediate dismissal at the host’s discretion. 📅 Additional Notes - Early check-in/out: $30 (subject to availability) - Stays over 28 days require a signed lease - In the event Airbnb cancels a reservation, guests must vacate immediately. Failure to do so may incur a holdover fee and legal action. Co-Life Behaviors: Privacy, respect, and cleanliness are of the essence when sharing a house!

Guests have full access to all shared spaces, including the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry, and backyard patio. Rooms are private and secured individually for your comfort. Please note the kitchen and common areas are shared, and guests are expected to keep them clean and tidy for everyone’s use. Access to the home is provided through a Lockly Smartlock. Your personalized code will be sent to you at 10:00 AM on the day of your check-in for added security and convenience. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. If you'd like a late checkout, we offer a noon checkout for a $30 fee — just be sure to request it at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate it. For added peace of mind, a security camera is located at the front of the house near the entrance and in the common area shared by multiple guests. We want you to feel completely at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer!
